1. Start With a Goal or an Idea

You’ll either:

- Bring your own concept (Great! We'll help you shape it), or

- Need help choosing a video type, we’ll match your goals with a format from our curated menu of video types designed for brand awareness, lead generation, conversions, and more. 

All video projects include strategic content support. If you change directions after a proposal is sent, new creative development will be charged separately.

2. Lock in Your Project Plan

Now that we’ve aligned on video type + goal, we’ll walk you through:

- Choosing a Production Package that fits your budget

- Selecting a Post-Production Package based on your needs (editing, color, graphics, etc.)

We guide you through this process to keep it simple and stress-free.

3. Proposal & Pre-Production

Once your concept is finalized:

- We deliver a detailed creative brief + proposal, including a script

- When approved, your first payment is made - this covers pre-production.

In this phase, we provide:

- Shooting Script

- Prep checklist

- What to wear & bring

- What to expect during filming

- A custom shooting schedule

4. Secure Your Shoot Dates

When you're ready to lock in your shoot:

- Your production payment is due

- This covers our crew, production design, and meals/snacks if applicable.

We move forward to capture everything needed for your video. Both visually and auditory.

5. Post-Production Begins

Once production wraps. we:

- Upload all footage & audio to your folder

- You'll make your post-production payment when ready to begin editing.

Our editing includes:

- 1 Complimentary revision

- Additional revisions available if needed

6. Final Delivery & Optimization

When your video is approved:

- We deliver is via Dropbox

- You'll receive video optimization instructions based in your original (platform tips, file formats, etc.)
